The producer-feedback round: stable note tracking, the NOTE pitch source with Key lock and Follow bends, unsure-means-neutral fallbacks, Anvil's Enhance mode, MAIN and ADVANCED pages, Ballast on Grid by default, and Crucible's sure-note slice names with a song key. Adds docs/pitch.md for the shared pitch source, updates every changed plugin's README and changelog, the release table, the editor previews, the website bullets, and the status in docs/ideas.md.

- Add NOTE as a pitch source: Forge follows a note you set, and the audio only starts and stops it. Add Key lock and Follow bends for AUDIO detection.
- Detection holds its notes: a new note needs a steady pitch for 40 ms, octave jumps need 80 ms down and 200 ms up. Growls, wobbles and formant basses no longer flicker between notes. Follow bends brings back the old fast behaviour.
- All modules share the pitch source, Key lock and Follow bends.
- When detection is unsure, each module acts as its standalone plugin: Lathe passes the audio, Temper keeps its tuning, Knurl fades its texture out.
- Each module page opens on its MAIN controls. ADVANCED in the header shows every control on all pages.

- Introduce Forge, one tracked channel strip: Lathe, Temper and Knurl behind a single note tracker, in any of the six orders, each module on or off.
- Every module follows the note read from the strip's input, so a module after Knurl no longer hears Knurl's sub-octave.
- One latency of about 72 ms, the same in every order, instead of more than 200 ms for the three plugins in a row.
- A single module on its own gives the same output, sample for sample, as its standalone plugin.
- Editor: the chain, and each module's standalone editor as its page.
