nvrl ea27f2bcd0 test(core): migrate a copy of a real database ...

An ignored test takes a copy of the database named by PDFS_MIGRATE_DB
with VACUUM INTO over a read-only connection, migrates it, and checks
that every queued op survives unchanged, every node keeps its row
number as its lid, and no node is lost or doubled.
