Takeout imports, re-dates and the app's photo upload all sent an empty thumbnail list, so the photos showed blank in Proton's apps. Re-dates and app uploads now make thumbnails from their file. A Takeout photo that can have one is copied out of the archive to the private staging folder, thumbnailed and uploaded from the copy (B236).
