nvrl 2dde69525e fix(gui): keep the details pane under the toggle's control ...

Pin the split view's sidebar so the wide breakpoint no longer opens the
pane by itself, and show a "No item selected" state instead of closing
it when a navigation clears the entry. The pane follows the header
toggle alone, which also tracks an overlay closed by a click outside.
