nvrl aa384ae2eb chore: cite docs/BUGS.md and drop references to notes outside the repo
66 comments cited `bugs.md B<n>`, the ledger's old name; they now say
`docs/BUGS.md B<n>`, and every cited number has an entry. About 90 more
cited offline.md, devices.md, features.md, mount-architecture.md,
plan.md and improvements.md, planning notes that were never in the
repository. Those citations are removed; the comments keep their text.

nvrl da7ea0ec56 feat(core, gui): split Sync into views, tidy Activity, rework Computers
The Sync page gets Overview, Folders and History views under a switcher in
the header. Overview holds the status card, conflicts, transfers and the
queue; Folders holds the folder list, with Add Folder and a popover that
explains the sync modes; History is the former Activity page, which leaves
the sidebar. A banner in Folders and History points back to Overview when
changes fail or conflict.

Activity hides save-by-rename temporaries (pdfs-core gains
syncignore::is_scratch_name), with a toggle to show them again. Runs of
similar events fold into one expandable row, "Show Older" pages further back
through what the daemon keeps, and titles and details are translated
sentences built from the daemon's targets instead of its raw text.
Conflict copies say when they were made.

Computers lists every device in one group, this computer first with a
"This computer" pill; its row opens Sync's folder list. Another computer's
row browses its backup read-only in the shared file list, and its menu
offers Browse Files, Restore, Rename, "Continue This Backup Here…" (the old
identity adoption, now explained in its dialog) and Remove. Subtitles read
"last backup" or "no backups yet", and an empty list links to the download
page. DirEntry derives Default for the browse view's synthesized entries.

The sidebar shows badges for sync problems and waiting invitations, polled
every five minutes away from their pages. All catalogs are updated and
complete.

nvrl 860d29cfe8 fix(core, fuse): un-park abandoned creates, retire orphan staged bytes, serialise refreshes
Four faults found by reading the journal for issues that were never fixed,
tracked as B94-B97 in docs/BUGS.md.

A create parked behind a temp-file rename (B70) had no exit but that rename,
so 43 uploads sat in the queue for weeks holding their staged bytes. The
primary drain worker now sweeps parked creates while the queue is idle: one
whose node is gone is discarded, and one older than PARK_EXPIRY_MS that nobody
holds open is un-parked rather than dropped, since staged bytes are the only
copy of the write. An open node stays parked however old it is.

.tmp and .temp leave TRANSIENT_SUFFIXES. The list served two mechanisms with
different consequences: ignoring a name during mirror reconcile is reversible,
parking a create is not, and a Takeout index.tmp is a final name that nothing
will ever rename.

Staged blobs that match no queued op and name no node were kept forever and
warned about once per blob per mount (95 blobs, ~445 MiB, oldest two months).
Blobs past STAGING_ORPHAN_RETAIN are retired; the rest are one aggregated
warning.

Refresh control requests now run one per scope. Every scope is individually
cheap, but duplicates contend for the database lock the running refresh holds,
which left five in flight for twenty-three minutes. request_kind names the
scope so the report says which view wedged. The photo metadata pass also stops
at shutdown instead of running into the cancelled runtime and logging one
"skipping undecryptable photo" per node.

nvrlandClaude Opus 5 bca0fe34bc fix(fuse, core): key conflict detection on revision id, stop transient-name seals (B69, B70)
B69 — spurious `(sync-conflict)` copies came from `(mtime, size)` being used as a
revision identity. The server re-stamps a sealed revision with its own commit
time, so the drain diverted a write into a conflict copy of its own base; and
`plan_file` classified a no-baseline (local, remote) pair as `Conflict`, forking
every pre-existing file on first reconcile.

- `Baseline` carries `revision_id` (from the SDK's new `active_revision_id`),
captured at write-open and preserved across supersede/rebaseline.
`revision_changed` trusts the id and only falls back to `(mtime, size)` for
  old sidecars.
- Planner gains `FilePlan::AdoptBaseline`: equal-size no-baseline pairs are
recorded, not conflicted. Divergent sizes stay a real conflict.
- New `sweep.rs` (`pdfs-conflict-sweep`, 5-min cadence) removes conflict copies
proven identical by size + `content_sha1` and surfaces divergent ones once as
an `ActivityKind::Conflict` entry. Never removes what it cannot prove.

B70 — browsers downloading into an on-demand mount had their in-flight temps
sealed as canonical revisions, exiling the finished file to a conflict copy.
`syncignore::is_transient_name` now recognises download/scratch temps, and the
on-demand `release`/`rename` paths hold them (`set_create_hold`) instead of
sealing until the name is finalized.

Workspace deps bumped to proton-sdk/proton-drive-rs 0.2.2 (registry, no patch).

Live validation against a real account still pending for both.

nvrlandClaude Opus 4.8 3ade754ea2 add .pdfsignore selective sync for mirror folders
Mirror folders walked and uploaded every path under their root, so syncing a
project directory pushed node_modules/, target/, and .git/ to Drive -- quota
spent on files nobody wants there, and enough API traffic to invite rate
limiting.

Rules come from a .pdfsignore (or .protonignore) at the folder root, unioned
with an ignore_patterns list in config.json that defaults to the usual build,
VCS, and editor-leftover globs. Both are re-read at the start of every pass,
so edits apply without restarting the daemon.

The filter deliberately sits on the classification union in
classification_order(), not on walk_local alone. do_reconcile classifies
local | remote | baseline, so a file synced before a rule started matching it
is absent from local but present in the other two -- the "local deleted,
remote untouched" arm, which calls trash_nodes. Filtering only the walk would
have meant that adding a line to .pdfsignore silently trashed files on Drive
on the next pass. Ignored baseline rows are left in place so un-ignoring
re-adopts the existing remote file instead of re-uploading it.

guard_local_wipe takes a filtered baseline for the same reason: an ignored
path is absent from the walk by rule rather than by loss, and counting those
as missing would trip the guard on every pass once a rule covered the tree,
wedging that folder's sync permanently.
