fix(packaging): give the Nix package TLS for WebKitGTK

On NixOS the CAPTCHA window failed with "TLS support is not available":
WebKitGTK's GIO had no TLS backend. With glib-networking in buildInputs,
wrapGAppsHook4 puts its GIO modules on GIO_EXTRA_MODULES in every
wrapper.
